8 spd clutch to flywheel and clutch adjustment

Anyone know what the torque spec for the bolts for the clutch to the flywheel are? I thought it was 30 ft pounds, but I think Im mistaken. Im using grade 8 bolts. This is for a 3000 trans and rear end, 8 spd live pto. Also how would you adjust the pto clutch? Before the tractor got split, you had to hold the clutch about a 1/4 to 1/2 a inch under the floor board for the pto to go in or would that be a clutch rod adjustment (the foot pedal)?
