Hi all, I just picked up this WinPower 15K three phase stationary genset and the 172 ci Ford diesel engine runs great but the generator needs attention. It has wires disconnected so can test it. The generator model is D15F8D if I read the nameplate right. The Ford radiator looks identical to an 801 and has a date of 1963 on it if that is any indication of age. I can not find anything about a Winpower generator married to a Ford diesel on the internet. I did find a site about Vintage WinPower gensets but not this model and none with Ford engines. Has anyone out there have any knowledge or ever seen such an animal out there. I've seen a lot of Ford powered machines but never this one.
