Unknown riding mower

Found this little riding mower the model number tag with this p.o. adress took me here model #5270-38 24 inch cut 5hp Briggs&Stratton engine any info would be greatly appreciated.

Look up riding mowers made by General Appliance. They made similar mowers under several different brands.

I need more pictures, but it looks a lot like the Wizard (Western Auto)I bought when I was in the fifth grade. Three speed and the deck doesn't float at all. I have know idea who built them.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts will post some more pics when I can here is what I have looks like a huffy except the engine sits further under the cowling and the pull start goes through it. Lever on left side raises and lowers the engine and deck together pedal on left side is brake and clutch transmission has F-N-R which seems to be locked in gear moving lever doesn't do anything don't know if is something simple or not or if parts are available.
