Mitsubishi BD2F Steering Adjustment

A buddy showed up with a Mitsubishi BD2F dozer, and it runs fine except it won't turn to the right when backing up. It wants too, but must be out of adjustment.
Does anyone know where to adjust it?
Also, does anyone have an engine oil filter # for it and where to get one?

I have a BD2G and I get my parts from Rhine equipment co. at www.rhineequipment.com (800-536-3335. They can answer most of your questions, too. I have to ocationally tap the right brake to make mine turn right, I suspect the brake needs adjusted because the clutch does release when the right lever is pulled. john
