International 424

Hey yall I'm in the process of restoring an international 424 what I'm having an issue with is what year it is. The plate is all but gone I can read 12959 I think. Any help would be appreciated from the research I gathered it should be around the 66 time from but please let me know if I'm wrong.

There should be a lot of date codes on the various castings, which would date from a few weeks to perhaps the better part of the year before the tractor was actually assembled.
