Fuel injection pump issues with n Massey Ferguson 35

I have a Massey Ferguson 35 with 3 cylinder Perkins engine I had the fuel injection pump start leaking and motor reved wide open and had to drive to barn like that so took pump off and replaced all seals and gaskets now I can’t get the pump to prime to the injectors. I have fuel at both bleeder screws and about a quarter tank of Diesel in tank. Timing is on Tex and back up about 10-12 teeth on flywheel and fuel injector pump is timed to E on the clip like book says. I am stumped with it at anyone have any idea to get it to pump fuel to injectors from pump
