Ford 3000 power steering

I've got a Ford 3000. Power steering doesn't work. I've disconnected the tubing that attaches to the steering column from the pump. It's an aftermarket pump. I get a trickle of fluid out. What volume of oil should I get if the pump is working properly?

Thanks in advance for your comments

Are you getting a trickle when the engine is running and the pump is turning, or after simply disconnecting the line with the engine not running?

Normally around 300lbs to 1100 lbs pending on which tractor pump... A trickle sound like something is clogged or worn out, or empty.
