Fiat built long 445 oil in radiator

Well-known Member
Its a 3 cylinder diesel which I believe is similar to a
1255/1265 Oliver.I have what looks like fresh oil in
the radiator.no one accidentally put oil in the
radiator either.correct me if I am wrong but there is
no visible oil cooler on that engine?so if not
vandalized what can do this?
