Case 770 Hydraulic issue continued

I posted a couple of weeks ago about my remotes quit
working (well actually very weak) and 3 point weak. After
replacing hydraulic pump, PTO control/flow divider and
flushed/cleaned inlet screen. I have only slight
improvement with remotes and 3 point has improved
enough to pick up round bales of hay. But, still not
strong as I think it should be. The hydraulic pressure
gauge on dash showed barely in green to now about in
the middle of green with the new pto control valve/flow
divider. So, in my opinion the only thing it could be is the
remote valve. So, my question is how hard is it to
remove fuel tank or raise enough the get the remote off.
Any help is appreciated.

I had to rebuild the remote valve on my 1030. I imagine the 70 series is similar. I didn't have to remove the fuel tank, was able to unbolt it and raise it up a couple inches which allowed me to be able to remove the remote valve from under it.

The dash gauge is the lube circuit pressure. Bottom edge of green is pretty normal on all of my little 70 series machines.
