    M7060

Just did the 500 hour service on my M7060, which incudes draining the hydraulic/transmission oil, replacing the filters and putting the old oil back in, a little unusual but that's what they call for. Anyway, I find no mention of a suction strainer in the manual, and I can see no sign of one in...

    JD 1520 Hard Cab

Take your pictures to the local JD dealer and get a price to completely repair/replace it, including transportation both ways. Amazon is either self-insured or has insurance. Either way, they need to pay all costs. It's their problem, not yours. Don't settle for anything less than 100% restored.

Nice small Loader tractor for Round bales, 5x6 & Misc Farm Work

I think the loader on his 5075 depends whether it's 5075E or a 5075M. Look at the data, with the E series you would need a bale on the 3 pt to hold it down, if its an M, it's a whole different story. The E is listed as 4600-5500#, the M is 6000-7800#, plus the M wheelbase is about 6" longer

    Recommendations for new kubota

I also looked at JD and CNH. Of Kubota, JD, CIH & CNH, the only one manufactured in the US, in the size range that I was looking for, is Kubota. Most of the others are made in India.

    Recommendations for new kubota

I missed the part of the question on cost. Bought my M7060 about a year and a half ago, 4wd, cab, loader with 3rd function, 3 remotes on the back, $60k out the door. Looks like you can find them on Tractorhouse with a few hundred hours for +/- $50k

    Recommendations for new kubota

I have 2 Kubotas, a BX2350 and an M7060, in addition to 3 other larger tractors. Either of the Kubotas could do what you want, just a question of how much time you want to spend, but I would say look at the M7060. Physically, not that much different than your MF.

Dorr Implement Bangor, MI New Building 1965

The thing I find most interesting is that there is also a Dorr's Equipment in Bangor, ME. They are now a Kubota dealer, not sure what they started out as, but they started out sometime in the 60's.

    International 1850 Loader. Forks

I'll second what 495 said about the quick attach, in the last 3 days I went from bucket, to bale grab, to forks, to bucket, to manure bucket , and back to bale grab. I neer what I was missing until I bought my first loader with a quick attach bucket.

    Power Unit

I have not tried to start the engine, but it appears to be complete. The unit is complete including the base, everything from the back of the block has been removed but I have it, The cluth & PP has also been removed but I have them also, not sure on condition. I also have a v-belt sheave...

    Power Unit

Where are you located, I have a UD-9 setting down in the shop that came with a sawmill that I bought several years ago. The engine portion is complete and I believe the rest of it is all there, the clutch portion was off when I got it and I've never tried to reassemble it. I'm in central Maine.

    Stationary crane

This provides a general idea of how most of them are erected. It's a rather simplistic view, but not bad Tower Crane Erection

    Best $10 I ever spent.

That's not a socket, that's the inner race of the bearing, setting inside the outer race.

    Front end stabilizer

Tractor Vet, are those frame rails made from standard channel iron? Looking at pictures on line, it looks like they are. If so there should be no problem finding the washers, just standard beveled washers, any steel supplier would have them by the keg,

PTO not being centered on tractor

The best thing you can do for a shaft with u-joints is have a small offset, that way the needle bearings are constantly moving. The worst thing there is for the same shaft is run it perfectly straight, when you do that, the needles never move, which leads to failure. Now none of this matters on...

    IH 350 disk

How did you check the 1-1/8 thread. The reason I ask is that there are two different threads, There is UNC, which is 7 threads/inch and there is what is called 8 pitch, which as the name implies is 8 TPI. It can cause real confusion in 1-1/8 and up size range. The 8 TPI is more common in...

    more questions round baler

As others have said, most balers allow you to carry another roll of net wrap. As far as rethreading the new roll, at least on John Deere, you just gather the end of the new roll and tuck it between the first 2 rolls. You do it all atanding at the back of the baler. It's not like rethreading the...

    loaded tires

You don't actually need a pump as long as you have something that will lift the weight of the fully loaded tire and a place high enough to lay it down. I remember doing it long ago, probably 40-45 years ago. Laid the tire on the truck body, adapted a hose to the valve stem and gravity drained...

    4230 hydraulic valves and remotes

His email is [email protected]. He converted both of them for our 4240 to ISO last winter. Crated them up and shipped them to him and got them back about a week later. Very Happy with them
