Unable to get to the site

By way of the e-mail links I receive when some one answers a post. It come up with not being to go to the site

This could happen for a few reasons but I think the most likely is that it pulls up in your system's default browser, and if you are not logged in on that browser a direct link to a thread will not work. If you could provide a screen shot of what you see when this issue arises it could be helpful to troubleshoot.
