I think if the transmission is in neutral it can be towed without damaging the Case-o-matic, but a Case guy should confirm that. If you are moving it any distance, especially if highways/roads are involved I would suggest getting it onto a trailer for safety, even if the tractor can be towed. JMHO.

Can you or Should you are two different things. This might be better answered with more info. Running or not? Why are you towing it? Description of tow route and how far to start with? Towing with what? Doe the brakes work? Are the tires good?
