I know it was made by Scale Models back in the 1980s.They were sold through farm hand dealers. There was at least four in the set. Farmall M, John Deere A, Oliver 70, and Allis Chalmers WC.
Dont know the Current price. Few years back they were close to $400. Didn't matter which tractor.

Hes asking 250 $ if I could find a John Deere I would buy it . Not nearly as nice as yours but I dont see them forsale

Most common is the Oliver 70. I'm going to guess the John deere the hardest to find. Scale Models and John Deere did not get together very often.

$250 is properly a good deal.
