310 backhoe need carb help

New to the board and could use some help. I have a 310 backhoe that's been sitting for years. Trying to get it running but am having carb issues. It's a Marvel and the tag has SA635 which I assume is the model number. The carb is in bad shape so I'm not opposed to getting a new or rebuilt one. Does anyone know what numbers would interchange. Thanks

Have another look at your model tag. Marvel Schebler TSX 635 carb is very common in the 300 series. Most carbs are dated month & year of manufacture, this one 2 56, (Feb 1956). Do you have a 310 wheel tractor or crawler?

My mistake, tag is in bad shape. It is a tsx 635 and it is a wheel tractor.

Thanks Joe. Funny how easy it is to get the right parts when you have the right carb number. Got a kit and got it running

Excellent, long live the 310. I have a 310 (1956) also, loader tractor no backhoe.
