2705 hydraulic peoblem

My 2705 the remotes don’t like to lift anything heavy when the oil is cold the hydraulic oil filter light comes on when you try to use the when the oil is cold I have replaced the oil filters changed both pumps still have the same problem the 3 point has no problem lifting what can I check next

Next week have to go to dealer will check thought there was a charge pump inside
But haven't worked on those on twenty years so memory is fuzzy

I’m starting to think maybe it is the relief valve in the filter housing
