    730 Diesel ignition switch ,..

    Looks like the switxh will nor engage the solenoid ,, I dont know why it failed All wires are in place . The nuetral safety switch is disabled for testing reasons now ,too ,,. I guess I will use a starter button i have here ,,because it will crank up that way

    Starter 800-730 diesel interchange ?

    My 730 starter might be about to fail ..I have a new one on my dry docked 800. Both are 267 engines , 1958 build yr, and 1965 build year ,,. And now it gets complicated ,,. The 730 is a dry clutch flywheel and the 800 is a Case-o-Matic .
