    The 1655 was repainted before I got it and the Meadow green is much darker than the paint thats on it. Did the 55 series use a lighter color green that the 00 and 50 series? The grill has been repainted and appears to be regular white paint, shouldn't it be clover white? It needs some touch up...

    I use a lot of spray cans of paint and this is how I shake them before use. Works good when the paint is well shaken.

    Farmall Radiator

    Stops the leak. I had a John Deere 70 that the water leaked out almost as fast as I put it in. I was told to put black pepper in it and it stopped the leak in seconds . It was still in it when I sold it 10 years later. Might have to add more once in a while but for a seldom used tractor it works...

    Fill to normal level and give it a good dose of black pepper and run it for a while. Problem solved.

    Start it up add antifreeze and a tablespoon of black pepper and run it for 15 minutes or so.

    I've done a lot of brazing over the years. Soldered copper water pipe with 90% success but tried to solder a radiator once that was a disaster!
