    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Got it all. As per manual - 1st pull - head lights and rear flood light. 2nd pull - head lights and taillight. Rear flood shuts off. Says warning light but I don't have one and I can't find a place where one was. I'm calling it good - done other than getting some fancy connecters.

    1650 hydraulics?

Emailed Mark Korves. He doesn't carry couplers but gave this; "I believe the 8000 series Pioneer couplers can be hooked up under pressure." Any one for sure?

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Lots of green wires down inside. Isn't until they get somewhere that another color shows.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Me got lights. New fuse holder did it. Still tracking down the blue wire to the rear flood lamp. Just one instrument light working - for Amp gauge.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Whoops. Just in case. To clear up things. The white, blue and single green wire are on individual terminals. The Yellow and double green wires are together on one terminal.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Your yellow arrow is the power terminal, but only a single wire coming off of it. The yellow wire you see goes with the double green wires. As I noted above, I've got power to fuse but not coming out. My back is killing me, leaning over the steering wheel and testing this and that. I'm wore...

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

I have that in red. Believe I have a bad fuse holder. Tracked the wires. Power to fuse but not coming out. Fuse checks good.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

At this point I'd just like to know what terminal is supposed to be "hot." Like my brother gave, just run wire from the battery to the switch and see if anything works. Again, I jumped the lights from the battery. Head lights, rear flood light and right red taillight all work.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

See post #23. Wires don't show being cut and harness doesn't show being re-taped.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Pulled cover and checked again. All wires go into the harness - no sign being cut. Wiped wires to make sure what I show here. No black wire at this point. Both fuses are good - Left fuse - temperature and gas gauge working. Center fuse is for lights. Right fuse for electric hydraulic thingy -...

Probe? To check for power? No power to switch, even with ignition key turned on.

    1650 hydraulics?

Old Pioneer that I can't get nipples for. And what's available at local tractor companies. I suppose I could ask Korves.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

I have that diagram. It's showing 4 terminals - white to the front terminal, 2 black and yellow to middle side terminal, blue to the opposite side and no color given for the far end terminal.... I ordered the mechanic/repair manual and hoping there is better views of everything.

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

I'll have to check Invoice. New switch is in tractor. I do remember one letter "H". Terminal nearest front. Edit - Checked Invoice - no brand, no part number. Old switch has the "H" towards the front. See next pic.

    1650 hydraulics?

Ordered manual. Also went asking. Those I spoke with told of unless extreme hydraulic pressure I'd have to keep adjusting as I went. One man had a big Case end loader/back hole. He said he had to adjust as he went, or the bucket would nosedive. I have so much hydraulic pressure that I have to...

    Light switch for 1650 Oliver

Light switch again. Old switch was something else. Steel posts and steels screws. I had to grind the screw heads off to get the wires off. And then the new switch is for the forked electrical ends. Tiny short screws to boot and wires are so short that is was impossible - lost 1 small screw -...
