    McCormick B45 Square Baler SN/YEAR

    Good evening all. I have Identified my "NEW" "OLD" baler, it is a McCormick 45, square Baler. What I would like to do if possible is id the exact production Year. The SN is 55365 N if anyone can help out that wiuld be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    I think it is a McCormick B45, small Suare baler. I have been researching on my computer as I work... Built between 52-58. Everything is the same as mine except the guard above the collector, it has the same guard (to keep the hay down) as a 55... but that could have been added.

    Thanks Gordy, Yes, I don't go near anything attached to my tractor (except a Back blade or wagon) with the PTO running. I have actually seen what can happen.... thats a sight you don't forget, and is a STRONG motivation to turn the PTO off.
