    Ford 75 lawnmower value

Posted this down in the Garden tractor forum but didn't get any responses so I'll try here. I know a few years ago these things were bringing pretty good money but didn't know about todays market. Seems like their Oliver counterpart is top dollar but still unsure of the Fords. Any help appreciated.

    Harbor Freight-Hercules miter saw

I don't use a miter saw often but when I do I don't to be fumbling around with something that's cumbersome. Have any of you guys ever used the Hercules saw from Harbor Freight. Does have pretty decent reviews.

    What is it??

My friends widow gave me this and neither one of knows what it is. Looks like my friend might have used it to crack walnuts with but I sure that wasn't the original purpose. No markings of any kind. The plunger is about 25 pounds. Anyone have any ideas??

    Diesel run a way

I didn't want to hi jack Super99s thread about the death caused from a run a way engine. Growing up we never had a diesel engine, only gas engines so I'm not used to this but have heard of it. Seems like from reading the other posts it might be more likely to happen on newly rebuilt engines...

    oil filter price

Changing the oil in my 77 with a gas engine and had sticker shock on the oil filter price. It been a few years since I've needed an oil filter and I was used to the $5 filter price. This site has one for $16 and locally Napa and O'Reillys are the same price at $25. Must be because it's not a...

    Stihl Chain saw tune up

How hard is it to rebuild the carb and install pick up filter in fuel tank on a 020AV? Shop I've been dealing with for years told me yesterday it would be $125. Thinking of trying this myself as I'm pretty mechanically inclined. Just never had a chain saw apart before.
